Daniel Velez - Wins the 3rd heat of the breaststroke and sets new Puerto Rican Record of 1:01:80 in that swimming competition. Although having won the swim heat, the Puerto Rican swimmer did not qualify for the semifinals. Puerto Rico and his friends from NC State are certainly proud.
